Workouts: Tabata Magic✨



You. Will. Feel. This. 😂

Try it on for size…the first set of each exercise is 90 seconds, take a 30 second rest, and then repeat the same exercise for 60 seconds. Move through the entire series and repeat the full set 2-3 times! 

Props needed: Jump rope, Body Bar (for the BB JJ: BB jumping jacks), mat, and free weights for lunges and squats (*optional, for badasses).

Here’s a workout that is no joke 😂 

Get it?….April Fool’s Day? Meh, nevermind. But you will need a partner! 🙌👯


 *Throw downs can be done with a partner or solo, holding yourself down. The lap can be 2 mins long. And lunges across the floor can be 2 mins as well. Have fun! 


Each exercise is done 30 times 

*Side plank elbow to knee is done 15 times on each side. 

*Roll v-up: starting on back in a 6-inch hold (like a hollow hold or banana) roll full circle to your right (over stomach to back) and from laying your back do a jack knife (toe touch/v sit). Repeat rolling to left. 30 times.

Repeat entire workout 3 times.

Workout Wednesday

Here’s a fun workout to try based on numbers as opposed to time. Try it on and see how many rounds you can complete. Questions? Comment below…Btw: V sits are also Jack knives and V jumps are basically a squat where you jump and legs straighten in the air before you have to bend to land in squat again! 🙌

Weights added for increased difficulty.

Repeat this cardio and muscular endurance series 3-5 times 👌

Warm up and cool down always.
If you have access to weights, incorporate them 🙌

High knees in place 30 secs
Curtsy Squats alt. 1min
Burpees 30 secs
Push up, Spider-Man alt. 1 min
Jumping Jacks 30 secs
Bicycle for 8, Jack knife pike alt. 1min
Mountain Climbers 30 secs
Squat w/ knee up alt. 1 min
External oblique twists 30 secs
Side plank rotation (30/30) 1 min
Squat jacks (like a jumping jack but w/ a squat) 30 secs
Nike swoosh crunches (lay on back and open legs to middle split) side crunch same knee to same elbow-extend back to starting position then do other side. 30 secs one side, 30 secs other side
Alternating stationary lunges 30 secs
V jumps in place (start in squat, legs stretch straight while you’re in the air, looking like a V) 1 min
